Let’s talk about socks…(and tights)
I love a patterned sock. I have plenty of them, spotted, striped and Harry Potter (thanks to Primark). I just hate a boring sock and even at work I try to wear something a bit more exciting than a black ankle sock.So I know its not really weather for tights (or socks) but its always good to have some fancy pants ones in for any nights out when you might want some leg coverage. I think wearing a plain dress and some patterned tights looks classy without being too over the top. Ideal for a first date or night out with the girls.
Charnos do a great range of tights which you can find in stores like House of Fraser, Debenhams as well as online through various hosiery retailers. The prices range from £5 a pair upwards. The range I have included are around £10 a pair. The socks are about £3.99 upwards.
I really like the quality of these tights, they feel soft but not so thin you will rip them on first wear. The patterns are really nice too and the black ones especially are definitely going to be some of my favourites. The socks again feel luxurious and not too tight around the ankle.
Don’t get me wrong, I love a cheap pair of Primark socks. Especially the HP or Disney ones, but good quality socks and tights last longer and wash slightly better so are normally worth the money. If you can afford to spend a few extra quid then I would definitely go for this make.
